SUPREME SHOP FAQ'S

Please read carefully as the most common questions are answered here!

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Please read carefully:

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please allow 1-2 working days for for delivery once item is shipped out.

Please note, Only Monday-Friday are working days, Weekends are excluded.

When your order has been processed, you will receive an email stating "Your Supreme Shop order has been processed" (Please check junk/spam folders if it has not appeared in your inbox).

Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping times will be extended. All orders excluding face masks will take at least 1-2 weeks to be shipped. Orders with face masks enclosed could take from 3-4 weeks. Our face masks are made in a factory in the United Kingdom which is currently in a local lockdown. This extends shipping time as we do not receive the masks as quickly as usual. As soon as our warehouse receives the masks, they are sent out.



DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we only ship currently in the UK, we will update you if this changes..




WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Currently we accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Visa. 



WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THESE ITEMS?

You can't find any of these items at Supreme, Once they are gone, they are gone. We are giving you the opportunity to buy these items!




DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?


Currently we do not accept returns or refunds, Click Here to go to our Terms Of Service for a further explanation, see Number 18 for shipping terms 




THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’M SEEING THIS SHOP. IS IT LEGIT?

Yes, we can provide receipts for the items to prove that we are legitimate! If you have any concerns email us at: Josh@supremeshop.co.uk 




MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

As stated in our terms, We not responsible for shipping damage by The Royal Mail, however email us with a photo and we can try for a new item to be sent out, a refund will not reinstated. 




WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE ITEMS LISTED IN?

All prices stated are in British Pounds Sterling.
